TEHRAN - Russian Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov once again stressed that the U.S. accusation that Tehran and Moscow are cooperating in the production of nuclear weapons is baseless.

Ivanov, who accompanied Presidents Bush and Putin to Saint Petersburg, said that there are indeed certain Western media which fabricate rumors that Iran is producing nuclear missiles.

He moreover said that Russia is against the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction whether it be by Iran or any other country.
